This account operates also for acquiring Investments and Loans.

With your Debit Card you can also query your balance or withdraw cash from HSBC ATMs. You can also purchase at different stores without having to expose your safety for carrying around cash.

With HSBC Advance you obtain:

• 12 cheques per month free of charge
• 12 withdrawals or balance queries per month at in-branch HSBC ATMs

HSBC Advance Checking Accounts

To apply for HSBC Advance Checking Account you should be an HSBC Advance customer, so you have to be eligible.

Therefore, HSBC offers you today all the protection that your HSBC Advance account needs with HSBC Total Shield.

Now with HSBC Total Shield, your HSBC Advance accounts are protected Free of Charge against fraudulent transactions and charges made within the 72 hours prior to the time a report is submitted.

HSBC Total Shield protects you against:

• Cash withdrawal resulting from theft or loss of your HSBC Debit Card and PIN
• Unauthorised Electronic Fund Transfers via HSBC Internet Banking
• Purchases resulting from theft and/or loss of your HSBC Debit Card
• Theft of goods you purchased with your HSBC Debit Card
• Theft by malicious tampering of an ATM
• Theft of cheques (when applicable)

In addition, it includes a personal accident insurance coverage for $300,000*, in case something happens to you while in an ATM.

To apply for HSBC Advance Checking Account you should be an HSBC Advance customer, so you have to be eligible.

Do not pay fees for bounced checks again. Any funds missing will be drawn from a credit line, up to $2,400 MXN. (on request)

• Rate: TIIE plus 40 percentage points
• Amounts drawn must be repaid no later than 30 days after they were used
• Facility Validity Period: 1 year
• Limited to 1 credit line to cover overdraft by the customer
